The current improvements in healthcare worldwide have led to significant demographic changes including an increase in the numbers of people and their lifespans. As a result, the numbers of age-related diseases including dementia have increased. Until these days, even with the significant developments in healthcare, there is no available cure for dementia. Many studies have shown that dietary patterns, food groups, and dietary supplements have a role in preventing or delaying the progression of dementia while aging. Our goal is to test the efficacy of various nutritional supplements such as cherry extract and curcumin on reducing cognitive and memory deficits.
